In common with most large churches, LBC has need of full-time,
part-time and volunteer workers. Here are some of the more visible members of that line-up.

David Grainger became the minister of the church on 2nd October 2004.

The task of running the Lunch-Break each day is no small undertaking and one of our church members is paid to make certain it's smooth operation along with the host of volunteers. With such a heavy usage of the premises during the week, ensuring that they remain inviting necessitates staff to clean the building and yet other volunteers to maintain it in good order.

PART-TIME STAFF

Apart from the large number of people who run the various activities, there are those who perform the day-to-day duties demanded in the modern office. In addition, the financial aspects of the church's work require the ministrations of the treasurer during week days.
